National Center for Maternal and Child Health clinics now have new emergency department for premature infants.  Established in 1987, Infant Department has been just redecorating over the years whereas today they are fully equipped by German and Japanese incubator and other equipment which enabled them to care for 75 infants at once with 4 units to care for premature to normal feeding. As of today, there are 26 premature infants being hospitalized.

60% of the 0-1 age infant mortality occurs during the infant period in Mongolia and according to the director of National Center for Maternal and Child Health clinic, Mr. Enkhtur, the most premature they received and raised was infant under 700grams of weight across the country. Hence, one and only infant department of Mongolia serves highly critical role in saving lives.

On behalf of Mandal General Insurance, we are grateful to contribute to the building of healthy future of Mongolia: infant health.
