CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CODE

Board of Director of Golomt Financial Group created Group’s Corporate Governance Code, exemplary to the Mongolian business sector having fully met with international standard, in accordance with Company Law of Mongolia and Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia’s Corporate Governance Code’s Standard and the Code has been originated from and based on Group’s bylaw and other policy documents. 

The purpose of the Governance Code is to demonstrate the commitment of Golomt Financial Group and its subsidiaries to the highest standards of ethics and business practice to ensure a lawful and balanced governance of businesses and relationships with all the stakeholders while creating socially responsible, transparent and law abiding management and control structure.

Employees and managers of Golomt Financial Group and its subsidiaries fully adhere to the principles of the governance code on a daily basis to employ the highest ethical standard in everything we do.
